Refund Policy

💰 REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Rajgharana Couture. We value your trust and strive to provide premium-quality ethnic wear. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. GENERAL REFUND TERMS

  • Refunds are issued only under specific conditions, as mentioned below.

  • Custom-made, stitched, altered, or personalized products do not qualify for refunds.

  • Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with color or pattern variations due to screen differences.


2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

A refund is issued ONLY in the following cases:

✔ A. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • If the order has not entered processing or been shipped, a refund will be approved.

✔ B. Out of Stock / Manufacturing Issue

If a product becomes unavailable or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will:

  • Inform you immediately, and

  • Issue a 100% refund.

✔ C. Duplicate Payment

If you accidentally make multiple payments, the extra amount will be refunded.


3. NON-REFUNDABLE CONDITIONS

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

❌ Customer changes mind after shipping
❌ Product color appears slightly different due to lighting/screen
❌ Stitching issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by customer
❌ Custom/made-to-order garments
❌ Minor imperfections in handwork (common in handcrafted garments)
❌ Delays caused by courier or external factors (weather, festivals, strikes)


4. REFUND PROCESS

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refund will be credited via the original payment method (UPI, bank account, card, etc.).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.


5. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is approved before shipping, you will receive a full refund including shipping.


6. RETURN-BASED REFUNDS

We do not provide refunds after a product is delivered unless:

  • You received the wrong item,

  • The product is damaged during transit.

In such cases:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Unboxing video is required as proof.

After verification, refund or replacement will be issued.

  • Order ID

  • Reason for refund

  • Proof (images/video)


8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If your refund is delayed:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your bank/UPI provider — processing time may vary

  3. If still unresolved, contact us immediately
