  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

5. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • If any issue occurs with stock availability or payment, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

  • Custom or made-to-order products may require additional delivery time.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Domestic shipping is available across India.

  • Delivery times depend on product type and location.

  • Tracking information will be shared once the order is shipped.

  • Delays due to courier services or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

  • Custom orders, altered items, or tailored outfits are non-returnable.

  • Exchanges are allowed only if:

    • The product is unused and in original condition.

    • Request is made withinĀ 48 hoursĀ of delivery.

    • Tags and packaging are intact.

  • Refunds are issued only for cancelled orders before shipping.

  • Refunds are processed withinĀ 7ā€“10 business days.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled withinĀ 12 hoursĀ of placement.

  • After processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.

  • Refund timelines remainĀ 7ā€“10 business days.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
