Return and Exchange

🔄 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Rajgharana Couture, every outfit is crafted with precision and care. We ensure strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you face any issue, please read the policy below for returns and exchanges.

1. GENERAL POLICY

  • We accept returns/exchanges only under specific conditions.

  • Most of our products are made-to-order, so returns/exchanges are not possible unless there is a valid issue.

  • Products from clearance/sale sections are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

You are eligible for a return or exchange ONLY if:

✔ A. Wrong Product Received

  • Product received is different from the order placed (wrong size, wrong item, wrong design).

✔ B. Damaged or Defective Product

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective.

  • You must provide mandatory unboxing video as proof.

✔ C. Size Exchange (Limited Eligibility)

Size exchange is allowed only if:

  • The product is standard-sized (not custom-stitched).

  • The product is unused, unwashed, unworn.

  • Tags and original packaging are intact.

Custom-stitched, altered, or made-to-measure outfits are NOT eligible for size exchange.

3. NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

❌ Custom-made outfits
❌ Stitched / Altered garments
❌ Sarees ordered with fall & pico
❌ Products with minor handwork variation
❌ Sale/Discount items
❌ Products without unboxing video
❌ Color variation slightly due to screen/lighting

4. RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

To request a return/exchange:

  1. Email or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return/exchange

    • Photos & mandatory unboxing video

  3. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 working days.

  4. If approved, you must ship the product back within 3 days to the address provided.

Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

5. CONDITIONS FOR APPROVAL

Your return/exchange will be accepted only if:

  • Product is unused, unworn, unwashed

  • Product has no perfume, marks, stains, or damage

  • Tags, labels & original packing are intact

  • Unboxing video clearly shows issue at the time of opening

6. EXCHANGE OPTIONS

If approved, you can choose:

Option 1: Exchange for another size

(based on availability)

Option 2: Exchange for store credit

(Store credit valid for 6 months)

7. NO CASH REFUND

Rajgharana Couture does not offer monetary refunds for returns/exchanges unless:

  • The product is out of stock

  • We are unable to replace the item
